Revamped indictment against Bonds filed (AP)

Federal prosecutors have unveiled a revamped indictment against Barry Bonds, but the career home run leader's lawyers say nothing has changed. "Barry Bonds is innocent," the player's lead attorney, Allen Ruby, said after his client was once again charged with lying to a grand jury and hampering the federal government's doping investigation.

Dave Trembley couldn't contain his pleasure after watching the Baltimore Orioles beat Josh Beckett and the defending world champion Boston Red Sox. Struggling to find his command, Randy Johnson needed help for his 287th career victory. Stephen Drew supplied it. Backed by Drew's three-run homer, Johnson went five shaky innings and the Arizona Diamondbacks beat Colorado 8-4 on Tuesday night. The Big Unit (3-1) gave up four runs and nine hits, striking out four and walking none.
